New class times are 1:30-3:30. We are allowed to use the gym from 1:30-2:00 and 2:30-3:30.

Each one of us will read the group guidelines (under mission statement on the webpage) and make suggestions on updating them.

Cindy and Deb will work on what the dues need to be, and the amount of offering to the church.

Checks or cash for dues are due Sept 11. 

Colleen will find out what services the library has for us.

 Joan will make an inventory of the supplies we have so we can inform each of the teaching moms. Then they could make a request for new supplies, if needed. There are quite a few art supplies (acrylic paint, watercolor paper, harcoal pencils, blenders, soft drawing pencils, etc).  Dawn may want to check it out before making her class request.

Cindy will check to see if there is a place at the church where we can store items from week to week.

Lacy will take care of the boxtops this year.

Our Webmaster, Hillary, is going to start making a directory, check on member sign-up, private pages, and the price of an ad-free web page. Only dues-paying members can access the website.

The leaders from each area need to create a list of questions for a registration form. HEN had a great Form if you need ideas! Lacy thinks you can view it on their webpage.

Lacy will plan times on the calendar when we can plan just Mom-time events in the evening.

There will not be Co-op on Oct 30Th.

Just a reminder that exempt status paperwork in Nebraska is due tomorrow.
